I've spent twenty years on developer community and go-to-market, and I'm more interested in it now than when I started. The people building agents and shipping LLM applications aren't just users of a platform. They're the ones who decide which platform wins.
At Snowflake I built the developer AI go-to-market from scratch: a 24-person global team driving bottom-up adoption of Cortex AI and Arctic through community, content, and developer experience. At Docker I was CMO in everything but title, growing the org from 7 to 32 people and building the product-led motion that took ARR from $16M to $130M+ in a year.
The part I like most is the translation work: taking something genuinely useful and getting the right developers to notice and care. I'm not precious about how that happens. I'll write the post, run the event, or take the analyst briefing myself.
