I've spent twenty years at the intersection of developer community and go-to-market strategy — and I've never been more excited about what that means. The people building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and production-grade data pipelines aren't just users. They're the architects of what the world runs on next.

At Snowflake, I built the developer AI go-to-market motion from the ground up — a 24-person global team driving bottom-up adoption of Cortex AI and the Arctic LLM through community, content, and developer experience. At Docker, I served as de facto CMO, scaling the organization from 7 to 32 and architecting the product-led motion that took ARR from $16M to $130M+ in 12 months.

What drives me is the challenge of translating genuine technical value into community momentum — and community momentum into business outcomes. I'm a builder at heart, a storyteller by training, and a strategist who isn't afraid to do the work.

Head of Developer Relations, Community & Growth
Leads Snowflake's developer-facing AI strategy — owning Cortex AI, Arctic LLM, and the AI Data Cloud developer motion. Built and scaled a 24-person global team of developer advocates, growth marketers, and community managers, growing developer reach 10× through bottom-up AI adoption. Launched the Silicon Valley AI Hub as a flagship event for the AI builder community.

Chief Marketing Officer
Joined as founding CMO to build the marketing function from scratch. Shifted GTM from outbound to product-led growth — exceeding pipeline targets of a fully ramped outbound team within three months, at a fraction of the cost. Led the launch and positioning of Release.ai: a platform that let developers and admins interact with infrastructure through natural language — creating apps, spinning up ephemeral environments, and deploying systems through conversation rather than deep toolchain expertise. An early, credible bet on what AI-native developer tooling would become.

Drove ARR from $16M to $130M+ in 12 months. Built the full marketing org from 7 to 32 across product marketing, demand gen, growth, DevRel, content, and PR/AR. Architected the go-to-market and monetization strategy for Docker Business — converting Docker's massive open-source install base into enterprise revenue at unprecedented speed. Evolved DockerCon into a flagship developer moment reaching 80,000+ worldwide.
